Scope of delivery:
Pulse generator PMG 02A, including alternating and short-circuit-II mode with AC adapter
The PMG 02A is a two-channel square-wave function generator with additional trigger output.
An error input with error latch forces output signals into logically off within 10nsec. Asymmetric double-pulses can be adjusted very easily. Pulse trains up to 9 multi pulses are provided.
The built-in auxiliary power supply can be used to power gate drivers. Dead time and duration of the last pulse of a pulse train can be adjusted by encoder.
The PMG02A allows characterization of semiconductor switching behavior and driver circuits.
In addition, it offers the possibility to switch the channels A and B in alternating mode.

The PMG 08 is a 7+1-channel square-wave function generator with trigger output. An error input with error latch forces output signals into logically off within 10nsec. Asymmetric double-pulses can be adjusted by LAN interface SCPI style commands. The built-in auxiliary power supply can be used to power fiber optical transmitters.
The PMG08 allows characterization of semiconductor switching behavior and driver circuits.
